Lost property

All items found on our buses are delivered to Lost & Found International

Items left on our buses are taken to Lost & Found International’s Turku office as soon as possible. However, Matkahuolto travel cards left in our buses are taken to the nearest Matkahuolto service point.

You can retrieve your lost property from Lost & Found International based on a description. You can also enquire about your missing item over the phone or online at www.loytotavara.net. Lost & Found International monitor enquiries for two weeks.

Items take a couple of days to reach Lost & Found International. Lost property is stored for three months and a storage fee, as stipulated by the law, is charged upon reclaim.
