Wheelchair access on our buses

Vainion Liikenne provides a wheelchair lift in charter-buses to offer easy access to wheelchair users.

The driver pushes the wheelchair on to the lift.

The remote control is easy to use and can be operated with one hand.

The lift travels smoothly up to the level of the door.

The threshold-free floor makes it easier to move the wheelchair to the bus.

Alternatively, the driver can operate the remote as the assistant pushes the wheelchair.

The wheelchair is then fixed firmly to the tracks on the floor. Have a good journey!
